Join our dynamic team where you’ll play a crucial role in handling a comprehensive range of accounting responsibilities for the company. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Processing accounts receivable payments, including the creating invoices.

2. Managing the accounts payable process, involving the distribution and approval of vendor invoices.

3. Handling Capital and Operational requisitions through the purchase order process.

4. Booking cash receipts to maintain accurate financial records.

5. Conducting weekly payroll processing for both union and non-union employees.

6. Tackling ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.

7. Bank Deposits when needed.

Requirements for this role include a minimum of three years’ experience as a bookkeeper, coupled with professionalism and strong organizational skills. Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential, while experience with SAGE 300 is a definite plus.
